What you will be doing :

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive tender strategy aligned with company goals and market dynamics.
  • Study and understanding of tender documents, preparation and tender submission.
  • Lead the end-to-end tender process, including researching opportunities, preparing documentation, and submitting timely and compliant bids.
  • Represent and articulate the value proposition of Accelerator Platform as well as understanding their requirements and mapping our solutions to their requirement .
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information, pricing, technical specifications, and other requirements.
  • Prepare high-quality, accurate, and persuasive tender documents, ensuring they meet all stipulated guidelines and criteria.
  • Review and analyse tender documents to ensure completeness, accuracy, and adherence to legal and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate with legal and compliance teams to address contractual and regulatory aspects of tender submissions.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, hospitals, medical centers, and procurement officials.
  • Engage in effective communication to understand client needs, address inquiries, and provide clarification on tender-related matters.
  • Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to develop competitive and compelling pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with pricing teams to create optimal pricing structures while ensuring profitability and compliance.
  • Track and analyze tender outcomes, identifying areas for improvement and recommending strategies to enhance success rates.
  • Provide regular reports and insights on tender performance to senior management.
  • Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes, industry standards, and legal requirements related to tender submissions.
  • Ensure all submitted documents adhere to relevant regulations, quality standards, and ethical guidelines.

Essential Requirements :

  • More than 10yrs experience, MBA.

Desirable Requirements :

  • Good communication, negotiation skills. Should be proficient in English & Hindi.
