We have an urgent requirement for a Graduate Trainee Engneer (GTE) at our Vavdi, Kheda location.

Graduate Trainee Engineer

What you will be doing :

  • There are multiple vacancies with us in various departments like QC, Instruments, Design, PPC.
  • Any fresher or relevant experience person can apply.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the creation of innovative and effective implant solutions.
  • Deal with instruments department check the instruments.
  • Analyze the manufactured product, identify areas for improvement, and propose modifications to enhance product performance.
  • Utilize Computer-Aided Design (CAD) & CAM software to create detailed and accurate models of orthopedic implants.
  • Assist in the design and development of orthopedic implants, instruments, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations. Conduct simulations to evaluate the structural integrity and performance of implant designs.
  • Assist in the implementation and maintenance of quality control processes to ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
  • Participate in inspections and audits to identify and address quality issues.
  • Maintain detailed documentation of engineering activities, including design specifications, testing, and project reports.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on project progress to supervisors and project teams.
  • Stay informed about the latest advancements in orthopedic implant technology, materials, and manufacturing processes.
  • Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge.

Essential Requirements :

  • Fresher to 4 years of experience as a B.E Mechanical Engineer, and Diploma Mechanical Engineer

Desirable Requirements :

  • Ability to work independently on assigned projects.
  • Knowledge about Vernier caliper and Micro Meter, Read Drawing , Machine
  • knowledge, Software like Auto CAD and Solid works
