Distal Humerus Plates (Elbow) - Olecranon VALP

Elbow Plates

Indication

Distal humerus plate are intended used for Intra-articular fractures of distal humerus.

Comminuted supracondylar fractures.

Osteotomies of distal humerus bone.

Non-union and Mal union of distal humerus bone.

Proximal ulna and olecranon plates are intended to be used for elbow fractures.

Also used for Mal union & nonunion and osteotomies of proximal ulna.

Features

Lateral distal humerus plates
Lateral Column Plates

Lateral Plate: For parallel plating fixation 2.7/3.5 Lateral distal humerus plates is used.

VALP-2.7/3.5 Distal humerus Posterolateral with support: To fix the articular block Lateral support plate is used.

VALP-2.7/3.5 Distal humerus Posterolateral without lateral support: For perpendicular plating for fixation of capitellium postero lateral without support plate is used.

Medial distal humerus plate
Medial Column Plates

VALP-2.7/3.5 Medial distal humerus plate:For medial column fixation standard medial plate is used.

VALP-2.7/3.5 Extended medial distal humerus plate: For buttressing medial epicondyle Extended medial plate is used.

Olecranon plate
Olecranon Plates

VALP-2.7/3.5 Olecranon plate: To absorbs the forces of the triceps muscles multiple screws option available in the head of the olecranon plate secures the olecranon and stabilize coronoid.

VALP-2.7/3.5 Proximal Olecranon Plate: To absorbs the forces of the triceps muscles multiple screws option available in the head of the long extension proximal olecranon plate secures the multiple fragments of olecranon.
