Product Uses

Proximal Humerus Fractures : The combination of the self-tapping titanium 3.5 mm Cortical screw with the 3.5 mm Proximal Humerus Plate is commonly used for the fixation of proximal humerus fractures.

Osteotomies : Osteotomies involve intentionally cutting and repositioning bone to correct deformities, such as malunions or non-unions, and the self-tapping Cortical screw provides secure fixation during the healing process.

Revision Surgeries : The self-tapping titanium 3.5 mm Cortical screw and the Proximal Humerus Plate can be used in revision surgeries for failed previous fixation attempts or cases of implant failure.

Plate-Only Fixation : In certain cases where the fracture pattern and bone quality allow, the self-tapping titanium 3.5 mm Cortical screw may be used in conjunction with the 3.5 mm Proximal Humerus Plate for plate-only fixation.
